From time to time, the club may invite youth players from other clubs to play for one of our teams. This will normally happen where we do not have sufficient players in the team available for a match. In these cases, the following rules apply:
1. Guest players will be registered with Hatherleigh AFC
2. Normally the relevant coach will discuss any guest player arrangement with the players own home club to ensure this does not negatively affect their own club and to ensure the arrangement is transparent and fair.
3. When guest players are invited to play, they will pay a £3 match fee.
4. If any guest players wish to attend a training session with Hatherleigh, they will also pay a £3 session fee to be collected by the relevant Hatherleigh coach.
5. Guest players are not substituting for fully paid members and SHOULD NOT be played when a fully paid member is available for a match.
